This image is an adaptation to the basic one i have used in my course. Its a bit gloomy :(The whole effect of the motion blur for weather really sets a scene, the only problem i had was that a tree was in front of the buidling so i had to try to work around it and then place snow on the branches .... and why snow, because its the easier excuse of bad wand tools.
I tried to turn the water to ice by giving it an indigo tint followed by a sharper relection.
