Is Christmas Here Yeti?

I wanted to play around with filters and I managed to make a sort of realistic snow effect. Thanks to www.dphclub.com/tutorials for the help... Some simple steps...














I got the image of a Kremlin and then made a new filter layer...

I added 110% Gaussian noise and then scaled the layer up by 125% x 150%

Changed layer to a screen layer and then added 2 blurs. Gaussian Blur and Motion Blur

I then changed the lighting to glow the building out from the dark sky.
